Please explain the rationale. e. Do you have experience with, or a preference for, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task/delivery orders versus other pricing arrangements (e.g., FFP with economic price adjustment) for this type of work, given potential material cost volatility (e.g., steel, ballistic glass, composites)? f. Does your firm have bonding capacity sufficient to support a multi-year IDIQ of this size? If comfortable sharing, please indicate your bonding capacity or capacity range. k. Would your firm be interested in, or already positioned for, teaming or subcontracting arrangements with other firms to meet the full scope of this requirement? l. Are there any customer-furnished vehicle chassis considerations (e.g., Government-furnished base vehicles vs. contractor-procured) that would affect your proposed approach or pricing? m. Do you foresee any barriers (e.g., export control licensing, material sourcing, facility capacity) that could limit competition or timely performance under this requirement?
