TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Terms of Service

Clear expectations for using BidGovAI to research, organize, and pursue government-contracting opportunities.

Effective September 4, 2026

BidGovAI is operated by BidGovAi.com. Our current launch is free-trial-only: no credit card is required and your trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

1. Your agreement

These terms govern BidGovAI, operated by BidGovAi.com (we, us). By selecting Create account after being presented with these terms, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any business you represent. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, completing required email verification, protecting credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

2. Trials, memberships, and digital products

Your standard workspace trial lasts 14 days and begins when you activate it after signing in. No credit card is required. An approved testing invitation or administrator-granted extension may provide a different access period, which will be reflected in your account.

No automatic charge: the free workspace trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. When access expires, paid or restricted features may become unavailable unless we extend your access. Trial expiry does not automatically delete your data.

When paid checkout is unavailable, displayed plan or guide prices describe intended offers, not a completed transaction. An interest form or reservation does not charge you or guarantee immediate delivery of a paid product.

When paid checkout is available, you must affirmatively choose an offer and complete Stripe checkout. A paid membership begins at checkout, is billed at the price and interval shown there, and does not include a second free trial unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Recurring memberships renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled through the available billing-management method. A digital-guide purchase is a one-time payment and delivery is made to the email address provided at checkout. The checkout or order page will present applicable cancellation, refund, and delivery terms; nothing in those terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

3. What BidGovAI does—and does not do

BidGovAI provides research, organization, document-review, and drafting tools for government contracting. It is independent software, not a government agency, procurement official, legal adviser, or certification authority.

We do not guarantee a contract award, revenue, profit, eligibility, certification, compliant submission, or a particular match score. Opportunity feeds can be incomplete or delayed; an alert or summary is not a substitute for monitoring the official source. Current drafting and document-analysis outputs use rules and templates and may contain errors or omit requirements.

You must verify notices, amendments, deadlines, clauses, pricing, eligibility, and submission requirements against the official solicitation. You remain responsible for all bid/no-bid decisions, statements, pricing, proposals, subcontracting arrangements, and submissions. BidGovAI does not automatically submit bids or bind your business to a contract.

4. Your content and workspace

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, store, process, display, and transmit it to operate and support the service for you. You must have the rights and authority to upload or use that content, including permission for any third-party or personnel information.

Review generated drafts before use and do not treat automated content as evidence of experience, qualifications, certifications, or facts your company cannot substantiate. Keep independent copies of important files. Available exports may cover selected records rather than every file or record stored by all providers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use BidGovAI to violate law, misrepresent qualifications, submit fraudulent information, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe another user’s data, evade access controls, or interfere with service operation. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass trial or account limits.

Do not upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled materials, secrets such as passwords or private keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. The service is not represented as FedRAMP-authorized, CMMC-certified, or otherwise approved to hold those materials.

6. Our materials and third-party services

BidGovAI software, branding, and original educational materials belong to us or our licensors. We permit you to use materials made available to your account for your own lawful business purposes. Do not resell or redistribute our guides, templates, or platform as your own product without permission. This does not restrict rights you have in your own content or public government information.

Government websites, authentication providers, and other linked services have their own terms and availability. Google sign-in, when enabled, is an optional authentication method; email account creation does not require a ChatGPT account.

7. Availability and account closure

Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable during this early launch. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, legal obligations, or the end of an access period. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact support.

You may stop using BidGovAI at any time. To request account closure and data deletion, email [email protected]. Requests are currently handled manually, with identity verification and retention exceptions explained in the Privacy Policy. Signing out or revoking Google access does not itself delete your workspace.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or contracting outcomes. You are responsible for independently evaluating information and obtaining qualified advice when needed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not require arbitration or waive statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes and questions

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain further agreement where required. A future paid offer will not charge you merely because you previously used a free trial.

If you have a concern or dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve it. This informal contact option does not restrict any remedy or right available under applicable law.
