McClellen VA Medical Center s Fisher House. These linens must be processed separately from VA patient care linen and handled in accordance with hospitality grade quality standards. Project scope: The contractor shall provide laundering and processing all linens, which shall include bath towels, washcloths, bathmats, shower curtains, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, pillow shams, blankets, comforters, and mattress pads. All services shall be performed by qualified contractors who are licensed and authorized to perform the work defined herein. All services shall be completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the state, local, federal, and VA standards as listed in the Statement of Work.
