Scope of Work & Buyer Summary
1. The quoter must submit a dated quote with unit prices and extended prices in response to this solicitation. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, quoters must comply with instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this Request for Quotes (RFQ). Quoters must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. The government intends to award as a single firm-fixed price contract. 2. Quoter agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. RFQ or modification of quote received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers will be considered late and handled in accordance with RFO 52.212-1(f). Multiple offers will not be accepted under this RFQ nor will multiple awards be considered. 3. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. If at any time during this competition the contracting officer determines that adequate price competition no longer exists; quoter(s) may be required to submit information to the extent necessary for the contracting officer to determine the reasonableness of the price. 4.
