We need a solution that includes: • Modern, efficient, and environmentally compliant methods for chemical cleaning, abrasive media cleaning, and required plating/coating processes (anodizing, chromate conversion, black oxide, electroless nickel, hard chrome, zinc, tin, copper, and phosphate). • Clear facility capability details such as tank and oven dimensions, rack configurations, weight limits, and crane clearances, along with a feasible plan to meet the seven‑day turnaround requirement. • A complete quality assurance approach capable of performing all required ASTM and MIL‑SPEC tests and ensuring consistent, certifiable results. Interested parties should review the attachments and the full CSO (W911KF25SC0002) posting on SAM.gov for submission and evaluation procedures. ACC‑ANAD is not obligated to extend a request for proposal or make an award as a result of this CSO AoI; all awards are subject to the availability of funds and successful negotiations. This CSO AoI is not an authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the Offeror associated with developing a Response.
