The Government plans to award multiple firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Each contract will have a 12-month base period and three 12-month option periods. Prices will be in euros. The Government will award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offerors that it finds responsible. Offerors must: • Operate an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Madrid, Spain. • Hold all licenses and permits required under Spanish law. • Have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) before award. • Show relevant past performance providing comparable services in Spain. • Provide a Project Manager who understands written and spoken English. • Carry the minimum insurance specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on SAM.gov about mid-November. Interested parties should watch SAM.gov for the solicitation and any amendments. This notice is not a request for quotations, and the Government will not accept quotations in response to it. Electronic Submission/Responses: No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail or hand-delivery your offer to the contracting office that will be included in the solicitation.
