Operating guide
How BidGovAI works
A responsible workflow from company evidence to opportunity qualification, capture, proposal control, and submission review.
The operating sequence
- Build the evidence base. Complete the matching profile, then add verified competencies, differentiators, past performance, and key personnel to the Company Library.
- Find opportunities. Sync SAM.gov, add private opportunities, and maintain focused saved searches.
- Qualify before committing. Review the explainable fit score, hard gaps, economics, delivery capacity, and bid/no-bid record.
- Control the pursuit. Save the opportunity, set the route and next action, and move it through the pursuit pipeline.
- Build compliantly. Analyze source documents, create the compliance matrix, assign owners, run the red-team control check, and export the review packet.
What the score means
The score prioritizes evidence and constraints: eligibility, capability overlap, relevant proof, delivery geography, cash capacity, contract value, and response time. It is a triage signalβnot a promise of eligibility or award.
Document and proposal controls
Imported or pasted text is scanned for deadlines, mandatory language, evaluation signals, pricing, subcontracting, and risk. The proposal room turns those signals into owned compliance items, then checks six pre-submission controls. Always reconcile the output against the controlling solicitation and every amendment.
